How it Works

Time-tested for many years, the STIS – Tire Inflation System allows the tires to be inflated or deflated simultaneously when the vehicle is stationary. The STIS is based on a permanently fixed quick coupling system; it is connected with the vehicle’s pneumatic brake system or with an additional electric air compressor so the tire pressure can be adjusted anytime and anywhere. 
The user can set any desired pressure or optionally choose between up to 8 preset tire pressures with one of the STIS preset operating units. The purely pneumatic control unit guarantees trouble-free operation even in the harshest conditions. After connecting the spiral hoses, the system operates autonomously, without the need for the driver to monitor the process. The system automatically cuts out when the correct pressure is reached. Leading manufacturers such as Mercedes Benz have been offering the STIS factory-fitted in their new vehicles for many years now.

What is Included

STIS Control Unit

STIS control unit or operating unit + main regulation unit depending on desired system. Stepless tire pressure adjustment optionally with preset pressures.

Hose Depots

One hose depot per wheel incl. spiral hose and quick coupling. The hose depots having a diameter of 75mm are available in two different lengths and different hose extension lengths, accordingly.

Tire Valves

Patented ti.systems tire valve incl. seal kit for each wheel plus spare wheel. The tire valves are available with 3 different connection threads:
Vg8 | stainless steel
Vg12 | nickel-plated brass
¼″ NPT | nickel-plated

Everything You Need

All additional parts required for installation are included: compressed air lines, protective tube, connection fittings, brackets, bolts & nuts, cable ties, etc.

Adjust the Pressure in Connected Tires—All at Once

Simultaneous pressure adjustment significantly reduces the inflation and deflation time. Optionally, the system allows different pressure settings for front and back axles.

STIS 1|1

For Expedition Vehicles, RVs & Trucks

The STIS 1|1 allows simultaneous inflation or deflation of tires within a range of 0–145 psi using a rotary knob. A control unit simultaneously adjusts all connected tires to the required pressure, with the system automatically cutting out when the correct pressure is reached. The gauge always shows the current pressure of the connected tires.

STIS c 1|1

For Vans, ATVs & SUVs

The STIS c 1|1 is identical to the STIS 1|1 in all aspects except size. More compact in design, the C 1|1 operating unit with the external main regulation unit is ideal for smaller vehicles with limited space.

STIS G + AIR SUPPLY K120

For Mercedes Benz G

We offer an innovative solution specially designed for the Mercedes G model. The included ti.systems AIR SUPPLY K120 finds room under the driver’s seat which is exceptionally space-saving. The operational controls in the form of a control dial, an ON/OFF switch for the compressor as well as a pressure gauge are integrated into the original hatch of MB belonging to the seat console. Thus, the system is perfectly incorporated into the vehicle’s interieur and blends in seamlessly.

STIS preset

Optionally available

STIS preset c 4|1
This system enables the user to preset four tire pressures. Using a rotary switch, the required setting can then be conveniently selected to automatically adjust the pressure in all connected tires at the same time.

STIS preset 4|2
With up to eight preset tire pressures, this system allows different pressure settings by axle. Simply select the appropriate settings to simultaneously adjust the pressure in the front and the rear axle tires as required.

AIR SUPPLY K120

Optionally available

Ideal for all vehicles without air pressure brake system.The K120 is the most compact ti.systems AIR SUPPLY system and runs without oil. An effective air supply of up to 120l per minute allows you to adjust the tire pressure on all your off-road vehicles quickly and reliably.
