KCT Windows
The high-quality UV-light stabilized PVC frame is reinforced by an integrated metal frame. All components are bolted to this frame. The welded corner joints of the window profiles provide additional strength. Thus, even large windows can be realized. Also your individual desired size. All add-on parts are also designed for long life. Therefore KCT uses galvanized steel, aluminum, and chrome-plated brass. High-quality EPDM rubber is used for the seals.
A great advantage that you will notice is the cold bridge free frame. Gone are dripping condensation and hoarfrost on aluminum frames. The KCT window achieves best insulation due to its frame built up in several heat protection chambers.

KCT Window Cover Plate
Optionally available
To provide additional protection to the vehicle, KCT has developed a window cover plate. It serves the vehicle for additional protection against burglary, vandalism and to camouflage your motorhome as a commercial truck. The cover plate is especially recommended for vehicle shipping and unattended parking, as well as for trips to urban areas. It is made of stainless and thereby paintable to match the vehicle color. It can be placed on the opened window sash from the inside or outside of the vehicle and locks automatically when the window is closed. When the window is opened, the KCT cover plate unlocks again and can be removed by lifting it off.
Applying the cover plate doesn’t require tools and takes less than a minute.
KCT Skylights
The combination of FRP frame and tempered double-pane safety glass results in a highly insulating skylight. Hinges, latches, and all powder-coated components are made of high-quality stainless steel. The top of the hatch has been intentionally kept smooth and plain, making it easy to clean and allowing rainwater to run straight off. This means that water does not remain on the pane and leaves salt or dirt crusts on the glazing as it evaporates. In contrast to foreign skylight constructions, the reflective coating of the safety insulating glazing effectively prevents the vehicle from heating up. KCT skylights are available in two sizes.

KCT Roller Blinds
Malaria and yellow fever are probably the most well-known but unfortunately not the only insect-borne travel diseases. To protect you from these diseases and their annoying carriers inside your vehicle, the KCT insect screens are equipped with an elaborate brush mechanism which reliably keeps out our winged „friends“. As an alternative to the mosquito screen and the blackout roller blind, we offer a closemeshed glass fibre net, which works both as a poller filter and as a blackfly screen.

KCT Porthole
The porthole is designed as fixed glazing and cannot be opened. The frame is made of brushed stainless steel.
The glazing consists of two safety glasses, which are further processed into an insulating glass composite via a spacer.
To increase the insulation performance of the glazing, the inner pane is equipped with a thermal insulation coating. This reflects the heat radiation back into the vehicle. To further increase the insulation performance, an insulating noble gas filling is placed in the space between the panes.
All coatings lie protected in the space between the glazing and only influence the long-wave thermal radiation; the short-wave light can continue to pass through unhindered.

KCT Locking System
The KCT-SysLock is a locking system designed specifically for expedition vehicles and RVs. The locking bolts are operated with the door handle instead of a key. This allows more force to be exerted on the bolts, which ensures that the door-sheet presses firmly against the door seal. The key is only used to lock the locking mechanism
and is not subject to any load. The KCT-SysLock comes as a ready-to-install locking system and is available in 5 different lengths to fit a wide range of doors and hatches.
