What is your shipping policy?
RRE-Global LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return. Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at RRE-Global LLC. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. If there’s something wrong with the product/service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 14 days to issue a refund and return your product/service.
For a return to be accepted, the item must remain unused, in its original packaging, with all components and documentation intact. A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required. Returned items in like-new condition are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Products that have been opened or lack their original packaging cannot be resold as new. The restocking fee will be determined post-inspection by RRE-Global LLC.
Cancelled orders will incur a 5% cancellation fee. Once an order is placed, our team begins the process of ordering, allocating, and fulfilling items.
